  • Articles 8 and 9 set forth the obligations of financial institutions provided for in the Act with regard to the administration of various types of client accounts and the keeping of records of domestic and international financial transactions.     وجاءت أحكام المادتين (8) و (9) لتبين التزامات المؤسسات المالية المنصوص عليها في القانون في تنظيم الحسابات المختلفة للعملاء، وإمساك قيود العمليات المالية المحلية والدولية، مع إلزام المؤسسات المالية بالاحتفاظ بالسجلات وبيانات العملاء والمستندات التي يجب على المؤسسات المالية الاحتفاظ بها من أجل التعاون مع السلطات المختصة في تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء التعامل أو قفل الحساب - على حسب الأحوال - وقد راعى القانون الاستفادة من التطور الذي حدث في وسائل حفظ المستندات فأجاز للمؤسسات المالية الاحتفاظ بالصور المصغرة (الميكروفيلم) طوال هذه المدة بعد حفظ الأصل.
